Runner-Up Finish in JT Kerr Memorial for Weaver

Cameron Weaver invaded 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) for the 11th annual J.T. Kerr Memorial on Saturday evening, where 50 Crate Racin' USA Late Model competitors set their sites on the $10,040 top prize.

Weaver, who won the event in 2021, hit the ground running with a 15.516-second lap, which marked the fastest of the night. He went on to win his heat race to earn the pole position for the 71-lap feature. (Dirt Chasers image)

Weaver ran in a podium spot throughout the feature before ultimately crossing the finish line in second behind Jason Welshan with Ricky Weiss, Cory Hedgecock, and Mack Mack McCarter completing the Top-5 finishers.
